What customers say?

“ The employees here have some of the best services here compared to many other boba shops in flushing. I went to pick up my drink and the girl with the short hair is greeting me with a smile everytime I come. Compared to other places, I believe that Teazzi has the higher level service and attitude! I love their house special milk tea ”

“ Teazzi isn’t my first choice for tea, but I gave it another try today with a Jasmine Green Tea at 30% sweetness. Unfortunately, it was still too sweet for my taste, and the tea itself was on the watery side—not the rich, concentrated flavor I was hoping for. On the plus side, the staff is friendly, fast, and speaks great English, which makes the experience smooth. I also noticed the new cup design upgrade, which looks sleek and adds a nice touch. The store itself is quite small with no seating, which is fine for grab-and-go, but it would be nice if they added a bench or some chairs outside—especially in the summer. Overall, it’s convenient and has some nice touches, but the tea quality still has room for improvement ”

“ We are fans of Teazzi Tea Shop and visited at least once a week before the pandemic. Their interior decor is bright and cozy with trendy and cool ornaments. The option on the menu is various, same as their location in Manhattan. We had our favorite House Special Milk tea, half sugar and no ice. The wait wasn’t too bad about 15 minutes at 5:00pm on a Sunday. The House Special Milk Tea was delicious and the bubble was cooked perfectly. However the oat was braised not enough and was still hard to chew. ”

“ I don’t understand how this place has such a low rating. Most of the bad reviews are either really old or just for stupid reasons. I’m a white American but I lived in Taiwan for 4 years and this is on par with some of my favorite tea shops in Taiwan. My wife (Taiwanese woman) got the Amber Milk Tea with boba which was really good and I got the deep roast oolong milk tea without boba. This tea was really fantastic and exceeded my expectations. There was a very bold tea flavor and still a really strong milk powder flavor, which I actually prefer over real milk for that extra creamy taste. We both got 30% sugar and 30% ice. Service was polite and repeated the order after us. Quick turnaround time which was nice because of a tight schedule. Definitely will be coming back again. ”

“ The staff here are lovely. Great alternative dairy options. Try the mochi waffle with chocolate as well, very good. ”

“ I am always pleasantly satisfied when I order tea from this place. The ordering process is very smooth although all three times I visited the brown sugar tapioca pearls were out of stock. I enjoy their roasted oolong milk tea and the four seasons milk tea. I think the cups being a solid color is a little weird considering most other tea shops have clear cups which makes for interesting pictures to share. ”

“ Authentic Taiwanese milk tea! Some people complained about the long wait but I was lucky where my wait was only about 5 mins on a Sat - lunch time. Loved the menu and you can really taste the tea in the drink. Highly recommend it! ”

“ This reminds me of the bubble tea place I used to go back when I lived in Hong Kong. Very authentic! Strongly recommend you check out their milk tea. I love that you get to pick the tea base from a wide range of options and then customize how sweet or what topping you would like to add on top! ”
